The first of its kind initiative which, according to the organizers, was conceived against the background that the contributions of women in the media profession is critical to transparency and the diversity of voices, is established with a $4 million gift from the foundation.
It is designed to support projects such as; educational opportunities, investigative reporting and media development initiatives.
